Conservatory Majors Visit Form - Point Park University

During a weekday campus visit, you and your family members will enjoy a general tour of campus, a meeting with an admission counselor within the Office of Admission, and time with the Conservatory recruitment office staff. We are not able to accommodate any classroom observations for students not yet artistically admitted.

Please note: Saturday appointments are in a group presentation format and include students interested in all majors offered at Point Park University. Special requests cannot be accommodated during Saturday Appointments with the Conservatory Recruitment Office. At this time we will not be able to accommodate any classroom observations on Saturdays. Our Office of Financial Aid takes walk-in appointments Monday-Friday.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from your visit request for confirmation of an appointment with additional or special requests. Appointments are confirmed via email. ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

All visits include a one-hour general university tour, 30-minute meeting with an admission representative and, 30-minute meeting with Conservatory recruitment staff. Pending approval and availability, additional meetings with Professors, Coaches and other offices are available Monday through Friday following the 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. tour times. We do not offer additional requests on Saturday appointments. We do our best to accommodate all additional requests. When possible, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the availability of your visit request. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from your visit request for confirmation of an appointment with additional requests. Appointments are confirmed via email. Please be sure to check your spam mail folder.
