Striving to Achieve Remarkable Service (STARS) is a staff service
initiative that supports Point Park University’s guiding principle of
Quality Student Experience. This form is to nominate a staff member that has exemplified the core values of STARS.
Monthly Recognition -
Nomination Forms will be submitted to the Recognition Committee who will review all nominees and select one nomination for recognition based on how they best exemplify the core values of STARS. In addition to a monetary award, the monthly STAR winner will receive a letter from the President of the University recognizing his or her achievement. All nominees will receive a token of appreciation.
Please note: If you do opt to nominate more than one person on the form below for a group effort, and they do win the monthly award, they will split the monthly award amount.
